The TAC is the Victorian no-fault accident compensation scheme, which means when you register your vehicle within Victoria, you take out insurance which covers you in case you’re injured in a transport accident and also covers anyone else that you may injure in a transport accident.

The TAC is here to help you get your life on track by paying for benefits such as income support while you’re unable to work or medical services.

I was very disappointed with my first visit with Kim I booked an introductory consultation as approximately 40 minutes, but the appointment lasted only less than  15 minutes. The consultation mainly involved looking at my shoes, watching me walk briefly, and being told that my flat feet could be causing my knee pain. I was then encouraged to purchase orthotics costing over $800 When I explained that I already had orthotics and did not want to buy another pair, I felt that the consultation effectively came to an end. My knee pain was not meaningfully assessed or treated, and no treatment was provided during the appointment. I came to the clinic hoping to receive professional help for my knee pain, but I left feeling that most of the focus was on selling me orthotics and another pair of thong  was my personal experience, and unfortunately I felt that I orthotics had wasted both my time and money.
