HOW TO PARTICIPATE
All our patients are eligible to be part of our exciting loyalty program. Simply scan a unique barcode in-clinic, save the loyalty card onto your phone and start collecting digital stamps.
HOW TO COLLECT STAMPS
Spend $60 on any Podiatry treatment and products (excludes footwear) in the clinic to get 1 stamp. Eg If you spend $300, you will get 5 stamps. It’s that simple. Your Tier Rewards will be in the form of eGift Cards. It can be exchanged for a leading Australian retailer Gift Card such as: Myer, Dymocks, David Jones, HOYTS Cinemas, JB HI-FI, Coles, Woolworths and many more…there are more than 80 retailers to choose from. You’ll be spoilt for choice.
5 stamps = $10 eGift Card
10 stamps = $20 eGift Card
15 stamps = $30 eGift Card
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Every $60 spent on Podiatry services and products (excludes footwear) entitles the cardholder to 1 stamp. Spending can be accumulated over multiple visits within duration of the campaign.
2. This Reward Card is valid at all participating Comfort Feet Podiatry clinics.
3. Once activated Reward Campaign runs for 3 years.
4. Each family member is entitled to only 1 loyalty stamp card at a time. Once the loyalty card has been completed with stamps, the family can register for a new one within the campaign period.
5. Can be used on unlimited visits within the duration of this campaign.
6. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this program.
7. Changes will be updated on our website (www.comfortfeet.com.au)
8. This digital reward card has no cash value.
9. Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash.
10. We reserve the right of final decisions in case of any disputes.
